The Brief: Our client needed to protect and enhance their reputation as an ethical and credible business and differentiate themselves from the competition in a sector whose image was being compromised by a spate of so-called ‘rogue operators’ entering the market.
The Solution: We undertook a number of market research initiatives to enrich the clients’ understanding of their customer and prospect base – the results of which formed a series of public relations campaigns aimed at raising awareness over a number of issues.
The Results: Our awareness campaigns over a period of six months resulted in 89 press clippings and 20 national and international broadcast interviews, including: The Daily Telegraph, BBC TV, Radio 4, Financial Times, German ARD, Radio Eireann. Total audience reached was 20.5 million.
