A leading IT staffing provider based in The City was moving into the rapidly expanding cyber security and security-cleared markets.
Objectives: To position the company as a recruitment partner for multinational financial and defence organisations . To improve connectivity and engagement across the client’s social media networks . And to support revenue growth and position company’s executives as experts in the field.
Approach: We developed a social media strategy specifically around the client’s cyber security and security-cleared offering. This was focused across two primary channels: LinkedIn and Twitter.
We used the company’s industry experts to take their thinking to the business, finance and IT media. We provided reaction to hot topics affecting the sector and developed a bespoke corporate brochure to demonstrate the client’s expertise within the sector.
Outcome: ClearlyPR’s social outreach led to a 24% engagement rate during the 12 week Twitter campaign.
Press coverage was secured within the business, finance and recruitment trade press including the Financial Times, Recruiter, TechWeek Europe (12m unique visitors), and Elsevier’s Network Security Journal – the leading global technology journal.
A series of 12 targeted and sector specific thought leadership articles were produced for LinkedIn which were picked up by several cyber security industry specialists, resulting in the company CEO being invited to contribute to the HaxPO conference – the biggest ‘hackathon’ event in Europe.
