We’re looking for a ‘dynamic’, ‘results driven’ and ‘ambitious’ individual to help accelerate our growth in 2024. Actually, we’re not. What we really want is a smart business development manager with experience in helping creative agencies to win new clients and grow.

Clearly PR is the South West’s Medium Sized PR Consultancy of the Year for each of the last three years. We were also only the second PR agency in the region to become a Certified B Corporation. So, what do we need you to do?
  • Work with our Managing Director to develop a new business sales target for the next 12 months.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B space.
  • Create and develop relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and work to provide a tailored solution to meet the challenges they face.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to capitalise on emerging opportunities.
What we’re looking for

In addition to having a working knowledge of the public relations or wider marketing industry, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience of winning new business and meeting sales targets within this sector, whether for a public relations, advertising, creative, design, or marketing agency.
  • Because this could be a remote role, you will need to be self-motivated and eager to play a leading role in enabling the growth of the agency.
