- Fast-track to Senior Account Manager/Account Director in 12 months (or sooner).

Who are we looking for?
The essentials:
- You should be someone who is good at building relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You must be bloody good at unearthing a good story and ‘selling’ your clients into the media.
- You should have Consumer or B2B PR experience.
- You need to have a creative streak in you – someone who is always thinking of different angles and story hooks.
- You will need to be someone with a genuine desire to work for business that’s trying to be better for people and planet.
- And if you love cake and the idea of being lovingly greeted by our three dogs, you’ll do well here.
What can you expect?
Training and allowances:
- PRCA training (company funded).
- PRCA/CIPR professional qualifications (company funded).
- £400 training/self-learning budget per annum.
- £300 wardrobe allowance (for all the award ceremonies you’ll be attending!).
- Unlimited budget for self-learning book purchases.
- Progression here is 100% down to you – the average tenure in the same role is 18 months.
Working practices:
- Three days office-based, two days remote working (optional).
- Flexible start and finish times between 7am and 7pm.
- 29 days’ holiday + your birthday + Bank Holidays.

- In-house accredited Mental Health First Aider.
- Senior leadership team have all undergone mental health awareness training.
- 6 reset days per person per annum – no questions asked.
