We’re the experts in guiding businesses and brands to generate impactful media coverage

You won’t always want or need to retain the services of a retained PR agency, so we have created this service to support in-house marketing teams.

By infusing them with ideas and guidance on how to achieve great media attention, their PR projects or campaigns become less painful and more fruitful.

Perfect for:
  • SMEs requiring support in upskilling their internal marketing team that has little or no PR expertise
  • Businesses who have taken their PR in-house and need direction with creating and delivering media campaigns
  • Businesses looking to run PR campaigns for the first time and want to utilise the expertise of a PR firm on an ad hoc basis

The Advisory Service package:

Here is what is included in your Advisory support package:

  • Flexible support: Initial three-month agreement with the option to convert to a flexible 30-day rolling contract thereafter when you can cancel at anytime.
  • Initial consultation: We delve deep into your business, goals, market(s), current and ideal customers, target audience, and any previous, current, or planned PR activity. This helps the Clearly team to tailor its strategies to the client’s specific needs.
  • Strategic planning: Our people will work with your people to develop a detailed media relations (PR) strategy that outlines the objectives, key messages, target audiences, and tactics to be used. This plan will be aligned with the overall business goals of your organisation.

100% of clients ‘agree’ or ‘strongly agree’ that Clearly’s Advisory Service delivers positive business results. (Client Survey 2024)

  • Messaging development: Develop the messages that both represent the business in the most effective way and act as a trigger for action with your customers and stakeholders. For example, we would position ourselves as: “Clearly PR, the reputation management and personal branding agency, has announced that…”
  • Weekly ideation sessions: Weekly one-on-one 30-minute session with your team to help them identify and develop stories and campaigns that have the greatest potential to generate media interest and expose you to more of the right people at the right time.
  • Fortnightly learning sessions: Develop the knowledge and skills of your marketing team through our fortnightly 30-minute lunch-and-learn Teams call focused on building your people’s understanding and expertise in a specific area of PR.
  • Crisis management planning: Crisis management planning to prepare for potential issues that could impact the client’s reputation. This involves developing protocols and strategies to handle crises swiftly and effectively.
  • 24/7 standby support: Crisis can strike at any time, so our team are here to support your people with any unplanned and unexpected media situation.
  • Monitoring and reporting: Work with your time to learn how to continuously monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of their PR campaigns and how to identify when and where adjustments are needed to ensure maximum returns on your PR.
  • Evaluation and recommendations: Provide you with an evaluation of your team’s PR efforts and share feedback and recommendations to improve future campaigns.

We’re now being approached by key names within the media. This in turn has boosted our lead generation because of the increase in brand awareness.
